What a typical session looks like

Arrive a few minutes early, meet your facilitator, and choose a spot with space to move. Sessions include warm-up, guided movement, and a short rest. Mats provided; wear comfy clothes.

Follow our written guides at your own pace. You can pause anytime. We recommend a clear floor area and a chair nearby for balance options.
