Return & Refund Policy

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) apply to our services. This policy explains our voluntary practices and does not limit statutory remedies for major or minor failures.
In-person sessions
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full credit or refund to your original payment method. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable unless we can reallocate your place.
Passes and packages
Unused multi-session passes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended. Partial refunds are calculated pro-rata for unused portions after that period, at our discretion and where fair under the CGA.
Digital guides
Refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed materials. After access, refunds are assessed case-by-case where services fail to meet guarantees.
