Our story in Whangārei

Founded to offer calm, accessible movement for Northland locals—without hype or hard sells.

Who we are

Thrivedynamau started as a small Tikipunga studio where neighbours could stretch, breathe, and reset. Today we pair in-person sessions with online guides so you can practise at home, at the marae hall, or wherever suits.

We're a New Zealand business operating under local consumer and privacy law. Our facilitators describe movements in plain English—no jargon, no pressure to "perform".

What we don't do

We don't diagnose conditions, promise specific results, or use fear-based messaging. If you need clinical support, please speak with a registered health professional in New Zealand.
